Flugtag Tampa Bay
While I was at work this Saturday, G and two of my friends headed to Flugtag. Now, you've seen Flugtag on ads for Red Bull, I'm sure. People build silly non-flying crafts and shove them off a platform 25-30 ft in the air to get them to "fly". This year, Tampa was one of the four cities world wide to host a Red Bull Flugtag.
G headed down very early to get a good spot. As it turns out, even from a 'good' spot you couldn't hear anything and it was very hard to see. G did, however, manage to get some videos and photos. If you see the video, we see why they only stayed 30 minutes. It pretty much sums it up. You can see all the boats in the foreground, that was pretty much the only way to see anything according to G.
After about half an hour, G and friends packed up to head home. It was brutally hot that day, and very white G came home lobster red on the back of his neck.

Six day work week...
I know I've been very scarce since the new office opened June 2nd. There's a reason... I'M SO BUSY!
Dr L's mother passed away this morning at 230am, so I'm working every day this week to cover for him. I don't mind in the least, and I know he (or Dr A) would do the same for me if I were in the same situation.
I do have some other blogs stored up, but with me working a six day week this week I'm not sure when I'm going to get to them.
I'm arranging to close the office for half a day when I find out when the funeral is. I'd definitely like to attend and I'm sure some of the office staff would, too. We got very close to Dr L's mom. She was here helping us prepare the new office, painting, cleaning and a very lovely woman. She will be sorely missed.
